Integrations: what BTAQA connects to today

How it works without a till

   The customer joins by scanning a QR code

   At the counter or on the flyer, the customer scans a QR code, enters a name and phone number, and the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in seconds. No app to download.

   Staff stamp from the scanner app

   The scanner app on iOS and Android reads the customer's card and adds the stamp or redeems the reward. Every staff member has their own account, and every stamp is recorded with who gave it and when.

   A product with every stamp

   Staff pick the product the customer bought along with the stamp, so you learn your best sellers and each customer's favourite, with no connection to the till.

   The update reaches the customer's wallet

   Every stamp and reward updates the card in the customer's wallet at once, with a lock-screen notification.

What we do not offer today

• No point-of-sale integration: Foodics, Odoo, Loyverse, or others.
• No e-commerce or accounting integration: Zid, Salla, Daftra, Qoyod.
• No public API and no Zapier. If you read elsewhere that BTAQA offers an API, that information is wrong.

What that means for you

• No setup fee and no technician: you create the card in the browser and start the same day.
• No change to your till or your receipts: the card works beside them.
• If a connection to your system is a requirement, BTAQA is not the right choice for you today. We would rather say so before you try it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a point-of-sale system to use BTAQA?

No. Customers join by scanning a QR code and staff stamp from the scanner app on their phone. No extra device or system is needed.

Does BTAQA integrate with Foodics, Zid, or Salla?

No. There is no integration with any point-of-sale system, store platform, or accounting software today.

Does BTAQA offer an API?

No. There is no public API today. Any mention of an API in other sources is incorrect.
