BTAQA - Digital Loyalty Card Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BTAQA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


If you use BTAQA on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

BTAQA is a digital loyalty platform that enables merchants to create, manage, and operate loyalty programs using digital wallet passes and supporting applications, including the BTAQA mobile app.

3. Accounts and Access

  • Access is limited to registered merchants and their authorized staff.
  • Merchants are responsible for all activity under their accounts, including staff actions.
  • Credentials must be kept confidential.

    • 4. Merchant Responsibilities

    Merchants agree that they:

  • Act as the data controller for end-customer data
  • Obtain lawful consent where required
  • Comply with applicable data protection and marketing laws
  • Do not misuse the Platform or loyalty data

    • 5. Acceptable Use

    You may not:

  • Manipulate or falsify loyalty data
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes
  • Resell or misuse customer data

    • Violations may result in suspension or termination.

    6. Fees and Payments

    Paid features are subject to applicable fees and subscription terms.

    7. Communications

    By using the Service, you agree to receive communications from BTAQA that are necessary for the operation and administration of your account, including:


  • Transactional notifications (such as payment confirmations or account alerts)
  • Service announcements (including maintenance notices and platform updates)
  • Security notifications (including alerts related to account access)

    • You may not opt out of essential service communications while maintaining an active account.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All rights in the Platform, software, and branding remain the property of 808Studio. No rights are granted beyond use of the Service.

    9. Availability and Modifications

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without guarantee of availability.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements.

    11. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, 808Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 808Studio from claims arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
